Summer Intern for Main Warehouse

We are looking for a summer intern for the Main Warehouse

Responsibilities in the Main Warehouse:

· Order/request warehouse materials from Swedish and foreign suppliers.

· Be able to handle SAP in all aspects related to warehouse management/Purchasing.

· Knowledge of Ascendo, review invoices for received materials. Good knowledge of IDUS.

· Follow up on ordered materials and deliveries.

· Book transport for deliveries and outgoing materials such as items sent for repair and similar.

· Manage and register consumption of warehouse items.

· Ensure that received materials are reported and stored in the correct place.

· Handle claims.

· Perform record maintenance and inventories.

· Participate in the development of 5S in the warehouse to ensure continuous improvements are implemented in daily operations.

· Forklift certification is desirable.

· Good communication skills are necessary in Swedish and English.

Summer internship during the period 260615 – 260821

We are looking for someone studying at a university/college who can return and be an intern next summer as well.

The position is full-time and during the day.

Working hours are daytime 07.00-15.36

The position reports to the Controller / Warehouse Supervisor
